Steve Handy makes a few remarks during the ceremony marking the return of the bell from the USS Utah, one of the first ships lost during the attack on Pearl Harbor on Dec. 7, 1941. The refurbished bell is back on display in the Naval Science building at the university along with a few artifacts recovered from the ship.
